DIRECTOR/OWNER

Ms Suzette is the owner and director of Smarty Pants. She has been in the childcare business since 2012.  She has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, and several years of early childhood education.  Suzette is a very kind and compassionate woman of GOD and works hard to ensure that every child in her care is safe and loved.

Our Staff maintains a clean and safe environment for the children. We continue to learn and grow as Smarty Pants has grown over the past few years. The staff is consistently taking continuous education courses to remain up to date on policies and procedures, as well as learning Developmentally appropriate practices.

At Smarty Pants your child's safety is our priority. We ensure that every child is being cared for and attended to at all times. We have cameras in every classroom and outside to monitor and record daily activities. The owner is committed to providing quality care to every child enrolled. The staff is carefully chosen to fit the mission and vision of the Smarty Pants Philosophy.
