Our Programs
At Smarty Pants Development Center, our programs are designed to support children at every stage of early development. Each classroom provides a safe, engaging environment where children can explore, learn, and build important social and academic skills through play, discovery, and guided learning experiences.

Our infant program provides a nurturing environment where our youngest learners receive individualized attention and care. We focus on building strong bonds with each child while supporting early development through sensory exploration, language interaction, and age-appropriate activities.
Toddlers are naturally curious and eager to explore the world around them. Our toddler program encourages independence while guiding children through activities that promote language development, social skills, and early problem-solving. Through structured play and routine, toddlers gain confidence and begin building important learning foundations.
Our preschool classrooms focus on preparing children for kindergarten through engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences. Children are introduced to early literacy, numbers, problem-solving, creativity, and social interaction while continuing to develop confidence and independence.
Our school-age program provides a supportive environment before and after school where children can relax, complete homework, and participate in enriching activities. We offer structured experiences that promote teamwork, creativity, and continued learning while allowing children time to unwind after their school day
Summer Enrichment Program
Each summer, Smarty Pants Development Center offers a fun and engaging Summer Enrichment Program designed to keep children active, curious, and learning throughout the summer months.
Our summer program combines education, creativity, and exploration in a safe and supportive environment. Children participate in hands-on activities, themed learning experiences, outdoor play, and group projects that encourage teamwork, confidence, and imagination.
The program is designed to help children continue developing important academic and social skills while enjoying the excitement of summer.
Children in our Summer Enrichment Program enjoy a variety of activities that promote learning and fun, including:
- Weekly themed learning activities
- Arts and crafts projects
- Weekly fiend trips
- Mad Science events
- Group games and team-building activities
- Milwaukee Public Library Super Reader Program
- Special themed days and celebrations
